Breath is the first and the last connection we have with life. It is always there, yet most of the time it goes unnoticed. When we choose to breathe consciously, something shifts deeply: we return to ourselves, to the present moment.
It is one of the most profound yet overlooked tools for healing and awakening. Across traditions, from yoga and Buddhism, to shamanic cultures and modern somatic therapies, the breath has always been seen as a bridge between body, mind and spirit.
This 45-minute session is a dynamic journey combining powerful breathwork techniques with guided meditation. It is designed to awaken energy, release blockages, gain clarity, create a deep sense of presence and connection to the Source.
The Sacred Breathwork is a powerful, immersive practice. Due to the intensity of this experience, it may not be suitable for everyone.

- A video in which each breathwork technique is explained and demonstrated
- A 47 minutes audio with The Sacred Breathwork that you can download MP3 on your computer/phone
WHAT YOU NEED FOR THE SESSION:
- Headphones or earbuds
- Sleep mask
- A quite space to lay down
- A blanket (optional)
IMPORTANT CONTRAINDICATIONS
Before participating, please review the following contraindications. If you have any of the conditions listed, it is recommended that you seek medical or professional health advice prior to engaging in the session.
Contraindications may include:
- Cardiovascular conditions (e.g. high/low blood pressure, arrhythmia, history of heart attack)
- Epilepsy or seizure disorders
- Severe or unmanaged mental health conditions (e.g. schizophrenia, psychosis)
- Pregnancy (not suitable if pregnant)
- History of stroke or traumatic brain injury
- Glaucoma or retinal detachment
- Asthma
- Recent surgery or injuries aggravated by deep breathing or movement
- Use of medications that alter breathing, awareness or mood regulation
- Any medical or psychological condition that may be worsened by stress or intense breathwork
